»	How many movies, audio books and games can I check out at once? You can have up to two, three, or five DVDs and games in your possession at a time, depending on which plan you subscribed to. If you return one product back to us, (let’s assume it is a movie), we will send another product to you from your wish list (the first available, starting at the top of your queue). If you send back two products, then we will send you the next two available products on your Wish List ............and so forth.
»	How long can I keep a DVD or video game I rent from Buzznetz? You can keep a DVD or video game you rent from Buzznetz for as long as you want without paying late dues, or any other charges, as long as you are a paid-up member.
»	How do I cancel my membership? You can cancel your membership at anytime. Simply login into your account and click on ‘Cancel Membership’ or just visit the contact us page and send us your request to cancel membership. Please note that you must return all rented products with you immediately you cancel so as not to be charged extra for keeping them.

Free delivery and pick-up

All you need to do as member is sign up, browse our selection and indicate what you want in your wish list and our delivery personnel deliver them to you wherever you are in Lagos State within 1 business day. When you are through with the delivered items, call us or send us a SMS and our delivery personnel will come and pick up the items and bring new ones for you.

Free Trial

New members who just registered on the website are entitled to a free weekend trial. What this means is that newly registered members will have two DVDs of their choice delivered to their specified address on Friday and picked up on Monday at no cost.

Membership Cancellation

Membership cancellation is simple. You can cancel online anytime with no cancellation fees.
