How many movies, audio books and games can I check out at once?
You can have up to two, three, or five DVDs and games in your possession at a time, depending on which plan you subscribed to. If you return one product back to us, (let’s assume it is a movie), we will send another product to you from your wish list (the first available, starting at the top of your queue). If you send back two products, then we will send you the next two available products on your Wish List ............and so forth.

How long can I keep a DVD or video game I rent from Buzznetz?
You can keep a DVD or video game you rent from Buzznetz for as long as you want without paying late dues, or any other charges, as long as you are a paid-up member.

How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at anytime. Simply login into your account and click on ‘Cancel Membership’ or just visit the contact us page and send us your request to cancel membership. Please note that you must return all rented products with you immediately you cancel so as not to be charged extra for keeping them.

What day of the month will I get billed?
Your flat monthly membership fee is automatically billed on the monthly anniversary of your first charge. For example, if your first charge was on the 17th of the month, your next charge is on the 17th of the following month.

Can I pay with a cheque, money order or be billed in the mail?
We require a valid e-Tranzact or InterSwitch Card,Cash or Cheque for Buzznetz Monthly,Quaterly,Yearly Subscription Plans and for all purchases.

What is your cancellation/refund/return policy?
i) Cancellation is effective immediately
ii) Customer will not receive a refund or credit for unused rentals or partial billing periods
iii) Customer will be charged for any rentals not returned to Buzznetz within seven days of cancelling
iv) After cancelling, Customer may rejoin at a future date but Customer may not take advantage of any future special membership offers.
Buzznetz will accept limited responsibility for loss or damaged products and reserve the right to cancel subscriptions and/or charge replacement cost if this is thought to be excessive. Damaged products must be reported within 7 days of receiving and lost products must be reported within 7 days of Buzznetz's delivery, else the customer will be charged the RRP value of the product.

What payment methods does Buzznetz accept?
Buzznetz accepts credit cards as payment for all rental subscriptions or products purchases. Currently Buzznetz only accepts Cash, Cheque,e-Tranzact Cards and InterSwitch Cards. You must have a valid card at all times if paying by e-Tranzact or InterSwitch card while you are a Buzznetz member. For all purchases, your card will be charged when Buzznetz sends your order.
All transactions are in Nigeria Naira (NGN).

If I place my account on hold, when will I be billed again?
If you want to put your account on hold, endeavour to return all products with you. You will then be billed upon the day your subscription is reactivated.

Are there any places you won't ship to?
We only ship within Lagos, Nigeria.

I am staying at a hotel or motel. Can I have my games delivered to me there?
Due to losses, we feel it is in the best interest of Buzznetz not to ship to hotels or other such transitional addresses.

How are my products sent?
All our Games are delivered straight to you via our efficient dispatch services.

Will the delivery envelopes say "Buzznetz" or "buzznetz.com" on them?
No, your delivery will come in an envelope addressed to you, which you will keep with you at all times, to safeguard the products delivered to you.

How long will it take to get my games?
When you have an open rental slot, we make every effort to deliver the products as soon as the inventory is available. Products should arrive within 24 hours, but occasionaly some products may take longer than 1 day to arrive because of weekend, holidays and other delays.
Orders received on weekends and Holidays may be processed the next business day.

How do I report a shipping problem or a game that won't play?
If you have any delivery problems, such as delayed arrival of your rentals or purchases, or an unplayable product, you can report it on the Contact Us page. , or call any of the following numbers:
