1.	How many movies, audio books and games can I check out at once? You can have up to two, three, or five DVDs and games in your possession at a time, depending on which plan you subscribed to. If you return one product back to us, (let’s assume it is a movie), we will send another product to you from your wish list (the first available, starting at the top of your queue). If you send back two products, then we will send you the next two available products on your Wish List ............and so forth.
2.	How long can I keep a DVD or video game I rent from Buzznetz? You can keep a DVD or video game you rent from Buzznetz for as long as you want without paying late dues, or any other charges, as long as you are a paid-up member.
3.	How do I cancel my membership? You can cancel your membership at anytime. Simply login into your account and click on ‘Cancel Membership’ or just visit the contact us page and send us your request to cancel membership. Please note that you must return all rented products with you immediately you cancel so as not to be charged extra for keeping them.
